Ten new deep-water slips accommodating vessels up to 120 feet are now available for reservation following the completion of Phase II dock works.
The North Dock expansion adds ten floating concrete slips along the marina's northern basin, each fitted with 50A and 100A shore power, metered fresh water, and a direct fiber connection. Dredging carried out during Phase II brings controlling depth at the new berths to twelve feet at mean low water.
Vessels up to 120 feet LOA can now be accommodated on the north face, with unrestricted beam and air draft. The new fingers use the same composite decking installed across the rest of the marina, and each berth is served by its own utility pedestal.
Reservations for the new slips are open now through Dockwa or directly with the dockmaster's office. Long-term tenants interested in relocating to the north basin should contact the marina office to discuss availability ahead of the winter season.
